Lily has started trying to write words phonetically without any prompting from me. Its neat to see her put together writing letters and the sounds they make. Here's an example with colors:
Purple - prpl
Yellow - yelo
Pink - pec
Black - blac
Blue - bloo
Wow, what a smarty pants! That's ahead of all the kids in my preschool (that they do at preschool anyway). It's so fun to watch kids learn.
